Thank you so much for participating in this fundraiser for the Normandy Park School! A percentage of all profits will be donated directly to the school in order to benefit the student community. Please read below to answer any questions you may have regarding the Fine Art Portrait Fundraiser. If you have any other questions, please reach out to me at any time!
What is a Fine Art Portrait?
Fine Art Portraits are a modern approach to portraiture. No more cheesy smiles with fake looking backgrounds. The sessions will take place outside with nature as our backdrop and the photos will be simple and timeless. Instead of forcing a smile, the children will be encouraged to be themselves and the photos will reflect who they genuinely are.

When and where will the sessions occur?
DATES: September 27, 28 and October 1 from 4:00 pm until 6:30 pm. With a rain date of October 3 from 4:00 pm until 6:30 pm.
LOCATION: Central Park of Morris County, 91 Central Ave, Morris Plains, NJ. The photos will take place in the park area closest to Parking Lot 2. The sessions will be in the grassy area down a little hill from the parking lot - the location is marked with a red star on the map. See map linked here.

How much will it cost?
There is a $10 plus tax nonrefundable payment due at the time of booking to reserve each time slot that you sign up for. After that, there is no obligation to buy any prints or digital files. However, if after viewing your gallery you would like to purchase prints or digital files the price list is linked below.
Who can sign up?
This fundraiser is for the children of Normandy Park School only and their siblings or other children who live in their household (siblings or other household members do not need to be students at Normandy Park School to participate). No parents, guardians or pets will be photographed.
Are siblings able to take photos together?
Yes! If you would like a sibling session as well as individual photos of your children simply sign up for separate sessions. For example, if you want individual photos of John and Jane, as well as photos of them together, then you would sign up for 3 time slots: one slot for John, one slot for Jane and one slot for photos of John and Jane together.
How do I sign up?
Each session will be approximately 5 minutes. You must sign up for one slot per child and one slot per grouped sibling session.
In order to sign up, please click on the link below and you will be able to reserve your time slots. Unfortunately, at this time, clients can only sign up for one slot at a time so I apologize for the inconvenience! However, as a workaround you can open as many browser pages as the number of time slots you need, and then select a time slot on each page. After you click “book x:xx time slot” your slot is reserved and you will have 15 minutes to fill out the information to complete each booking on each browser page. That is the best way to try to book back-to-back slots for your family.
What should my child wear?
Keep in mind that we will be taking the photos outside so dress your child for the weather! If it’s cool, then warmer clothes are preferred so they don’t have to be in their jackets. Layering always looks nice! Please avoid graphics and neon colors. Solid colors or shirts with patterns (stripes, plaid, stars, rainbows etc) are best. Please contact me if you have any questions.
How will I order?
Within 2-3 weeks of the session you will be e-mailed a link to a proofing gallery. There will be 3-10 images of each child. Images will be in both color and black & white. I do not choose which photos to print, you do! You will be able to order directly from the viewing gallery. The gallery will be available for seven (7) days. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED IN THAT SEVEN (7) DAY PERIOD. Once the orders are placed, your photos and/or canvas wraps will be available for pickup within 2-3 weeks and any digital orders will be emailed directly to you after payment is received.
